Shipping
We ship almost daily, Monday - Friday, during regular business hours.  Most orders will typically ship within 24 hours after receiving them (Weekends and Holidays excluded), however sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a day or two longer.  We can ship to almost any address in the world.  All items are Shipped via Canada Post  unless another option is selected.  Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Free Shipping Info

North America: 
Orders Shipped using our Free Service (Canada Post Air Mail) Est. Delivery 8-12 business days.  Tracking and Insurance now included for all orders over $100! (North America Only).  Orders Under $100 shipped with our Free Service will have no tracking and no insurance.  This is an additional cost that can be added upon checkout ($7).  TrueBlendz Culinary Products dba Spacegrinders.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages shipped with our Free service.   TrueBlendz Culinary Products dba Spacegrinders.com will not give you a refund or credit for lost, stolen or missing packages unless tracking/insurance has been purchased or was included with your order.   Shipping Upgrades can be purchased for faster transit times.  FedEx or CanadaPost ExpressPost are options at checkout for faster delivery. 

Outside North America:
Orders Shipped using our Free Service (Canada Post Ground) Estimated Delivery 4-8 weeks, depending on your location in the world.  No Tracking and No Insurance on Free Shipping for orders outside North America.  For orders over $100 we will send the package Canada Post Air Mail, no Tracking and No Insurance (Approx 3-4 week delivey).  You can pay to upgrade your shipping at checkout if you want tracking/insurance.  We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.  If you didn’t upgrade your shipping (purchase a service with tracking or insurance) TrueBlendz Culinary Products dba Spacegrinders.com will not give you a refund if your package does not arrive.  Once the item is shipped using our Free Service, it is no longer the responsibility of TrueBlendz Culinary Products dba Spacegrinders.com it is in the hands of the Postal Service. 

 Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be in original packaging, unopened and unused.  Items for sale in the clearance section, blowout section or specials section are final sales only, and cannot be returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Arrangements must be made with us prior to returning an item.  Please contact customer service at sales@spacegrinders.com to make arrangements for returns. We offer store credit, or refunds where applicable on returns.  Items that are returned MAY (depending on circumstances) be subject to a $6 shipping/restocking fee and will be subtracted from the store credit or refund amount.
