Shipping

We ship almost daily, Monday - Friday, during regular business hours.  Most orders will typically ship within 24-48 hours after receiving them (Weekends and Holidays excluded), however sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a day or two longer.  We can ship to almost anywhere in the world.  All items are Shipped via Canada Post or FedEx depending on which option you select. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider and option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Services for US and Worldwide:

Canada Post (Small Packet Surface) - Cheapest Service.  No Tracking.  Insurance up to $100 included.
Delivery Times: USA 6-10 days, Worldwide 4-6 weeks. 

Canada Post (Small Packet Air) - Cheaper Service.  No Tracking.  Insurance up to $100 included.
Delivery Times: USA  5-6 days, Worldwide 2-3 weeks.

Canada Post (Expedited US ) – Best Value. Tracking and insurance up to $100 included. 
Delivery Times: USA 4-6 days.  No Worldwide service for Expedited

Canada Post (ExpressPost USA) - Expensive but fast, guaranteed. Tracking and insurance up to $100 included. 
Delivery Times: USA 2-3 days.  No Worldwide service for ExpressPost

FedEx (FedEx Ground) – More Expensive. Tracking & Insurance Included.
Delivery Time: 4-8 days. 

FedEx (International Priority) – Very Expensive. Tracking & Insurance Included
Delivery Time: 1-2 days.

Canada Post (Regular) – Low Cost.  Tracking & Insurance included up to $100. 
Delivery Time: 2-9 days.

Canada Post(Expedited) – Best Value, guaranteed.  Tracking & Insurance included up to $100. 
Delivery Time: 1-7 days.

Canada Post(Priority Courier) – Most Expensive. On-time Delivery Guarantee. Tracking & Insurance up to $100 included. 
Delivery Time: Next Day or up to 1 day. 

FedEx (FedEx Ground) – More Expensive.  Tracking & Insurance included. 
Delivery Time: 4-8 days.

Free Shipping on Orders over $99 Info:

US and Canada:

Orders Shipped using our Free Service (Canada Post Small Packet Air for US and Regular Parcel for Canada) Est. Delivery 5-6 business days.  Orders shipped with our Free Service to the US will have no tracking!!!  If you want tracking, and we recommend it for orders over $100, then you can upgrade to Expedited shipping for approx. $8.  Other Shipping Upgrades can be purchased for faster transit times, please see shipping options above.  We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.  However, insurance up to $100 is included.  Please see section below for handling claims. 

Outside North America:

Orders Shipped using our Free Service (Canada Post Small Packet Surface) Estimated Delivery 4-8 weeks, depending on your location in the world.  No Tracking for orders shipped with this service.  You can pay to upgrade your shipping at checkout if you want a better or faster service.  We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.  However, insurance up to $100 is included.  Please see section below for handling claims. 

**Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels**

If you purchased a shipping service with Tracking (FedEx, Canada Post Expedited, Canada Post ExpressPost) and your product has not arrived, we can initiate a claim/trace on your package to determine what happened to it.  Please allow approx 10 business days for the claim/trace results.  TrueBlendz Culinary Products dba Spacegrinders.com will not issue a refund/replacement until the trace results have been finalized and we know the outcome your claim. 

If you purchased a shipping service without Tracking (Canada Post Small Packet Air/Surface) there is $100 included insurance with that service.  In order to place a claim for Surface Orders, 75 days must have elapsed from the date of shipping.  For Air Orders, 45 days must have elapsed from the date of shipping to place a claim/trace.  This is Canada Post Policy and we have no control over the amount of time that we must wait before this process can be initiated.  TrueBlendz Culinary Products dba Spacegrinders will not issue a refund/replacement until the claim/trace results have been finalized and we know the outcome of the claim.  Once the claim/trace is placed please allow approx 10 business days for the results. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened  and unused items,  provided you contact customer service within 7 days of delivery, for a full refund. Returns must be in original packaging, unopened and unused.  Items for sale in the clearance section, blowout section or specials section are final sales only, and cannot be returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Arrangements must be made with us prior to returning an item.  Please contact customer service at sales@spacegrinders.com to make arrangements for returns. We offer store credit, or refunds where applicable on returns.  Items that are returned MAY (depending on circumstances) be subject to a $6 shipping/restocking fee and will be subtracted from the store credit or refund amount.
